The Board will be reviewing current financials, getting an update on maintenance activities and projects, discussing landscaping and tree work, a replacement for the Comcast contract, a possible Declarations amendment to clarify the responsibilities for maintenance, and setting dates for the budget meeting and 2026 Annual Meeting.
