The Board will reviewing current financials, getting an update on maintenance activities, discussing upcoming capital projects (including painting and the smoke detector project), getting committee reports, setting a date for the next Board Meeting and a date for the 2026 Annual Meeting.

All owners are welcome to attend Board Meetings; there is a homeowner forum planned for the beginning of each meeting.
