Vail Point Board Meeting 11.13.23

The Board will be reviewing financials and planning the 2024 budget, getting an update maintenance activities, discussing capital projects and the professional Reserve Study from OAC Management, reviewing the limited review by Lathrop Accounting and setting a date for the 2024 Annual Meeting. A homeowner forum is scheduled at the top of every Board Meeting agenda.
