Royal Elk Annual Meeting 12.29.25

The 2025 Royal Elk Villas Annual meeting will take place on Monday, December 29, 2025, at 4:00PM Mountain Time at the Borders Lodge and via Zoom.us. Please mark your calendar and plan on attending.

If you can’t attend, please fill out, sign and return your proxy in order to ensure a quorum. Please email your proxy to [email protected], fax it to 720-664-0580 or mail it to M.P.M at PO Box 8366, Avon CO 81620. Proxies must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. the day before the meeting to be effective.

We will be reviewing current financials and ratifying the 2026 budget, getting an update on maintenance and projects, discussing insurance and risk management, and electing one Director.
