Village Townhomes Phase III Special Meeting 6.19.25

The purpose of this meeting is to review and answer questions regarding the proposed amendment to the Declarations regarding Insurance. If passed, the amendment will give the Board of Directors more flexibility in obtaining the most affordable and comprehensive coverage available, also known as “bare walls. ” Eric McLennan, legal counsel, will be present to answer questions. Following the meeting, we will send a ballot to each owner, with 67% of the owners required to approve the amendment in order for it to be adopted (this equates to at least 16 out 23 votes).
