The Enclave Special Board Meeting 04.14.26

The Board will be awarding the 2026 landscaping and irrigation maintenance contract to JNB Landscaping and fine-tuning the scope of work to be included in the contract. Additionally, the Board and management will identify what landscaping elements the association is responsible for and what individual owners are responsible for.
