Elk Track Annual Meeting 1.27.26

The 2026 Elk Track Annual meeting will take place on Wednesday, January 27, 2026, at 3:00PM Mountain at The Osprey and via Zoom.us. Please mark your calendar and plan on attending.

We will be reviewing 2025 year-end financials and ratifying the 2026 budget, getting an update on projects that have been completed during the past year, discussing a possible water leak detection policy and electing Directors.

If you cannot attend, please fill out, sign and return your proxy in order to ensure a quorum. You can email your proxy to [email protected], fax it to 720-664-0580 or mail it to M.P.M at PO Box 8366, Avon CO 81620. Proxies must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. the day before the meeting to be effective.
