The Board will be reviewing 2025 year-end financials, ratifying the 2026 budget, getting an update on maintenance activities, discussing architect / designer proposals for modifications to the Design Guidelines and setting dates for the next Board Meeting, the Spring Walkthrough and the 2026 Annual Meeting.
