Altair Vail Special Membership Meeting 5.16.25

The purpose of this meeting is to review and answer questions regarding the proposed amendment to the Declarations regarding Insurance. If passed, the amendment will give the Board of Directors more flexibility in obtaining the most affordable and comprehensive coverage available, also known as “bare walls. ” David Firmin, legal counsel, will be present to answer questions. Following the meeting, we will send a ballot to each owner, with 60% of the allocated interests in the association required to adopt the amendment.
