At this meeting, the Board will be reviewing Q3 financials and planning the 2025-2026 fiscal year budget, getting a maintenance update, reviewing the capital spending plan, setting a date for the next Board Meeting (budget ratification meeting) and setting a date for the 2026 Annual Meeting.
